Pani Puri Masala is seasoning used for making "Pani" for famous street food Pani Puri, which is really popular among Nepalese and other south Asian countries. Prepare the pani in advance and place it in the refrigerator to enhance the flavor. Take it out the refrigerator just before serving.

Ingredients: White salt dry mango, black salt, mint leaves, cumin seeds, citric acid, dry ginger, bishop's seed, asafoetida, tamrind seedless, black pepper, salt, ammoniac & yellow chilli.
